The RICS HomeBuyer Report
Also aimed at conventional properties, this report is more detailed than the Condition Report and also includes a market valuation for the property. -
The Building Survey
The full Building Survey is best for larger, older or run-down properties, or where the building is has been altered. It provides detailed information about the structure and fabric of the property including any issues which may require further investigation.
