Putney is located in the London Borough of Wandsworth. There are a wide selection of properties on offer from Victorian and Edwardian terraces, purpose-built maisonettes, three-storey villas, Regency cottages, flats and semi detached houses. Some of the most popular and the most expensive in the area are the detached properties located to the West of Putney. Set next to the riverside, Putney has a variety of housing developments that overlook the river. Unusually, the further you move away from the river and the closer to the common, the higher the property prices become.

Putney is ideal for people with a passion for rowing. The boathouse is home to a number of rowing clubs who can enjoy all the River Thames has to offer.

Those of you who enjoy relaxing in the park or nice river walks will be spoilt by the open green spaces that run along the river. Wandsworth Park and Putney Heath are just a couple of the lovely areas to enjoy.
