Earlsfield, a predominantly residential suburban area, is located within the London Borough of Wandsworth. The High Street is made up of a variety of shops from bars and restaurants to hairdressers, wine bars, supermarkets and banks.

Properties in the area are made up of a relatively even split of owners and tenants. Victorian and Edwardian terraced houses are a typical style in the Earlsfield area and the housing market tends to be strong with young families. This is mainly due to the affordability of the area compared to neighbouring towns such as Clapham and Wandsworth, as well as the fantastic transport links into London, schools and family facilities on offer. Earlsfield railway station (Zone 3) is only three stops from Waterloo and journey times are approximately 12 minutes.

To the north of Earlsfield, Southside shopping centre allows you to enjoy food, fashion and film all under one roof, with a stunning mix of big name stores, restaurants and cafes, a 14 screen cinema and a state of the art gym.
