There is a selection of supermarkets, local shops and restaurants/takeaways in Addlestone. If you are after some of the big High Street brands, Addlestone is conveniently located for accessing some of the larger local towns such as Guildford, Woking and Kingston.

A number of leisure facilities are on offer in Addlestone such as football, tennis, cricket, bowls, along with two golf clubs - Abbeymoor and Foxhills.  Addlestone is close to Weybridge rowing club where many world and olympic champions train.  The club welcomes all ages and abilities.

Addlestone and Chertsey offer a selection of good value for money and affordable properties to buy or rent compared to neighbouring Weybridge where the properties can be up to 40% more expensive. A wide range of styles and eras are available, from Victorian and Edwardian, through to more modern developments, along with some dating back as far as Tudor Times

Addlestone is located on the banks of the River Bourne in the borough of Runnymede, Surrey and is surrounded by a number of towns and villages such as Weybridge, Ottershaw, Chertsey and New Haw.

Whilst the area combines excellent access to the M25 motorway making London and Heathrow within easy reach, it still has a surprising amount of countryside and green space on the doorstep. The area includes a number of attractive canal and river walks, while historic Chertsey still includes a village green. Addlestone train station is on the Chertsey Branch Line and direct trains into Waterloo can be found at nearby Weybridge train station.
